Inform us immediately of any changes to your personal information or credit monitoring account credentials.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
14. Refunds
Credit Repair: If your FICO scores have not improved within 6 months of your initial payment, and provided Clear Trac Solutions, LLC has actively worked on your file for a continuous period of at least 8 months, you may be eligible for a full refund. This refund is contingent upon your full cooperation throughout the 8-month period, including providing all requested documents, maintaining active credit monitoring, and forwarding all bureau/creditor correspondence.
Inquiry Removal: If the specific inquiries that we agreed to target have not been removed within 45 business days from the purchase date, we will provide a full refund for the inquiry removal service.
